Should it be required, where advised, our operations team will liaise directly with your building management to help overcome technical obstacles. Let us know if your building has any specific requirements or restrictions and we will ensure that our installation team are made aware of them and that they are strictly adhered to. This includes noise limitation, restricted working hours, communal protection of the routes to and from your property as well as waste management. We will also take care of all the regulatory certifications and requirements for tanking and electrical works.
The team got a lot of important things right: the build quality is very good, they are very responsive to questions (even answering emails at the weekend), and their contractor really respected my home, was very friendly and trustworthy, kept out of my way as much as he could and really tried to clean up after himself.
